About the Role
The WHOLE Program Manager works closely with the executive leadership team to gain a clear understanding of the details of program’s projects then implement them. The Program Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs. The Program Manager upholds the program’s high standard of ethics and commitment to social justice.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Prepare agendas and facilitate internal meetings
Act as main point of communication with external partners and stakeholders
Collaborate with the executive team to create program ideas rooted in identified community needs
Work alongside Chief Financial Officer to oversee budget and spending
Prepare and disseminate evaluations for each program
Identify and build relationships with new community partners
Manage marketing and external communications including newsletters, social media, and program website to reach target audience
Maintain excellent records for grant reporting purposes
Qualifications
Work experience in program planning, project management, and event planning
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effectively communicate with people from diverse ethnic, cultural, economic, religious, and linguistic backgrounds
Managed numerous projects with concurrent deadlines
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills with proven ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
Must be self-directed, show exceptional attention to detail, and exhibit capacity to work in a nontraditional work environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, WIX, Canva, and MailChimp
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Budget management skills
Team-player who can also work independently
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Professional history in behavioral health settings, community-based health programs, or jobs centered on our target population
Background in digital marketing or social media marketing and experience with content management systems
Knowledge of progam evaluation techniques, key metrics, data analysis, and reporting
Experience with program management or project management software
Background in grant writing
Valid Driver’s License (some local travel required)
Work Environment
Job Type:
Remote part-time position based in Massachusetts (Greater Boston preferred)
20 hours/week (hours are flexible but must be available to work Monday through Friday, some week day evenings and weekend hours may be required)
Physical Demands: Candidates must be able to move items up to 20 lbs
Salary Range: $27-$30/hour commensurate with experience
